In new home construction The Stabilizor® is an ideal solution when the foundation requires additional structural support or cases where engineered foundations are required.
Here's how the installation works:
- Using a torque motor, installers screw the system's helical piles into the ground at required points in the foundation ditch.
- As each pile is positioned, the top is sawed off and a cap is placed on top to support the concrete foundation. When all piles are capped, the ditch is ready for pouring the footer.
